KIAKSHUK
(KEEAKSHOOK) Born: 1886 Male E7-1057 Died: April, 1966 Resided: Cape Dorset Sculpture, Drawings, Prints, Printmaking In addition to being a versatile artist, Kiakshuk was also a well-known storyteller. His son Lukta Qiatsuk is a graphic artist and sculptor. Two daughters, Ishuhungitok Pootoogook and the late Paunichea, became graphic artists as well.
